Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Day 4. By using the app you agree to them. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy.
Acceptance
By installing or using Day 4 you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Day 4 is a spiritual calendar planner that overlays an equinox-anchored 364-day sacred year onto the civil calendar, with appointed times, a daily devotional, and an observation-only moon layer.
Your account
An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium features are offered by subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account; store terms govern refunds.
Acceptable use
Use Day 4 for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it for redistribution, or resell access to it.
Content and scripture
Devotional and explanatory text is provided for reflection. Scripture text shown in the app comes from translations that are free to use — either public domain or openly licensed — and you choose which one you read; where a translation asks to be credited, that credit appears with the text. References can still be opened in your own Bible app.
About the calendar
Day 4 computes one rule set (the Zadok/Enoch 364-day reckoning) faithfully and shows its assumptions plainly. It is a faithful projection offered for study and worship — not an authoritative ruling on the calendar, and not a substitute for your own tradition or counsel.
No warranties
The app is provided “as is.” We work to keep dates and content accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Day 4 and its makers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; a new version carries a new effective date, shown below. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, and we may ask you to re-accept material changes.
